Claudia is a Marketing Manager with experience across brand, digital, e-commerce, trade, events and campaign management. She has worked with a wide variety of industries, including nursery, retail chains, technical apparel and service-based businesses across Australasian and international markets.

With more than seven years’ experience leading in-house marketing before moving agency-side with VM, Claudia’s background spans brand and marketing strategy through to end-to-end campaign management and delivery across all channels. This gives her a strong understanding of how to take marketing from idea through to execution.

Claudia enjoys marketing because it brings together creativity, commercial thinking and problem-solving. She loves building clear, practical plans, shaping brand stories that connect with customers, and using data to make smarter decisions. She is especially passionate about helping brands establish their positioning in the market and cut through in crowded and competitive landscapes.

Outside of work, Claudia is kept busy by her young family. When there is a rare quiet moment, she enjoys cooking, exercising, reading, and pretending the laundry does not exist.
