Loomio had a ‘one size fits all’ dated, hard-coded website catering to all visitors with confusing messaging and a tricky flow to trial and purchase.
The website could only be updated by Devs, removing the ability for marketing to update existing pages, and also create new ones for specific audiences. We needed to provide a solution that provided an easy to manage website that was designed to work for customers.

Approach
We reviewed different platform options to host the site on, and integrate with the product's platform, including ensuring security and language translation requirements would be considered for future proofing.
We also initiated a complete UX review and process flow audit of the existing website.

We did a complete rebrand and UX design based on moving the website to WordPress and driving more conversion to trial, and then purchase.
We also developed specific industry focussed landing pages and pricing based on their needs.
