TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Entry into this prize draw constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:
• The Promoter is Virtual Marketing Limited, trading as Virtual Marketers
• To enter, complete the competition entry form ("Enquiry Form") and agree to be contacted by our team for marketing purposes in the future.
• Complete the competition entry form online between 25 May 2023 - 31 July 2023 to go in the draw to win the prize.
• The prize will be a Virtual Marketers website to the value of $4,600 (incl GST); this equals up to 30 hours of website design and development executed by our Virtual Marketers team.
• The website build will include the following:
  a. Initial planning call and briefing session (90-minute session)
  b. Eight-page website based on a Webflow template
  c. Two rounds of reasonable design tweaks to the chosen Webflow template
  d. Built-in Webflow, the website CMS platform
  e. Content loaded from your existing site or draft website copy and images provided by the prize winner to the specifications provided by Virtual Marketers
  f. Base-level SEO incorporated, no Google Analytics or Tag Manager included
  g. Detailed handover and CMS training (1-hour session), including website access
• The prize does not include any additional costs associated with the Webflow platform or edits above and beyond that which is stated above.
• The prize winner agrees to pay for the Webflow CMS plan currently costing USD $29 per month (or USD $23 per month if paid yearly) upon launch of their new website (as of 25th May 2023)
• The prize winner will be drawn on 3 August 2023. There will be one winner drawn.
• Each entrant consents to their name, business logo, and a short case study on the website development process to be included on the Virtual Marketers website, Facebook page, Instagram and any other social media or forum that Virtual Marketers deems appropriate in relation to this competition if they are selected as the winner. Virtual Marketer's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Virtual Marketers Limited (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, damage or injury (including loss of opportunity and any personal injury, whether physical or mental) arising in any way out of the prize draw, including without limitation where arising out of the following:
  a. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Virtual Marketers Limited control);
  b. any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
  c. any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by Virtual Marketers Limited) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Virtual Marketers Limited;
  d. or any tax liability incurred by the winner in respect of the receipt of the prize.
• If, for any reason beyond its reasonable control, Virtual Marketers is not able to run the draw as planned, Virtual Marketers reserves the right at its sole discretion to postpone, extend, amend, re-schedule or cancel (“Change”) the prize draw at any time on the provision of reasonable notice, which shall include posting notice of the change at https://www.virtualmarketers.co.nz/lp/win-a-website.
• All existing policies of Virtual Marketers apply to the use of data, tools, and providing services.
• Winning this prize constitutes the prize winner becoming a customer of Virtual Marketers. As such, by entering this competition you agree to our Purchase Terms should you be the prize winner.
• Virtual Marketers holds the rights to update basic terms of this competition such as dates of the winning draw and final dates of entry as it sees fits.
• Competition is open to all new or existing customers of Virtual Marketers.
• Employees of Virtual Marketers, their immediate families and associated entities are not eligible to enter or win.
