1. Meet your VM manager

Kick start our work together by meeting your “person”. They’re your primary point of contact, so you only need to communicate with them, and they’ll manage the tasks and other specialist team members as needed. Trust us, you’re going to love them.

2. We make a plan!

Now that you have met your person, they work with you to develop a plan of action for the service or services you’re subscribed to. This plan will include what input is required from you and when, and things like monthly ad spend, reporting outlines and what success will look like.

3. We get access

The next thing is to give our team access to all the tools and accounts we’ll need to support your marketing – whether that’s just ad management or your entire marketing function from social account to reporting. Then we’re ready to go!

4. The good stuff happens

Once we’re underway you’ll start getting regular updates and instantly breathe a big sigh of relief, because we have you covered.

1. Start of the month

Kick start each month with a check-in from your marketing manager. Here we’ll review the previous month and make any adjustments for the month ahead.

2. End of month reports

3. Check ins from your manager

Your marketing manager will check in with you on a regular basis so you know what’s going on, and so you can let us know any new things happening at your end.

Who will be delivering my work?
Our team is made up of marketing experts from across New Zealand, Australia and the UK, and is always growing. The specific manager of your work will depend on the chosen subscription, but you can see all of our current team over in our team section.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the "Account" page you will have access to upon sign up. As our subscriptions are monthly from the date you have signed up, once cancelled we will deliver the final month you are currently in and stop services at the next renewal date.
Can I change my subscriptions later?
Yes you can. You can add, remove and change your subscriptions via the "Account" page at any time. You can also add one-off fundamentals as and when needed.
How does payment work?
When you subscribe to our services you will complete an upfront payment via credit card through our payment provider Stripe. This is a secure service used by some of the largest commerce companies in the world. Charges will then be made to your card on a monthly basis from your sign up date, until you cancel your subscription.
