We were engaged to increase engagement, trials and sales of the following audiences: Boards, Professional Services, Nonprofits, Unions/Membership organisations, Government agencies.
Loomio have a large supportive community of users, as they were founded as a social enterprise, and we needed to communicate the brand benefits to a commercially focused global audience.
Our UX practitioner ran workshops with the Loomio team to identify the brand challenges for the target groups.
We focused on boards as the first persona group as we knew from digital research there was demand for board related decision making tools.
We had conducted a Search Market Analysis prior that informed this.
We then created a design brief based on our findings.
We built several test landing pages with messaging for Boards, whilst we developed the new brand identity, to test the messaging effectiveness and inform our overall design recommendation.
We engaged an external partner to build the website. We use a familiar RASCI approach to enable us to get complex projects like this completed efficiently and also save on meeting and review time for all parties.
