After 10 years in customer service including 5 years in the travel industry, Briar has embraced her title as the ‘tech-savvy’ team member and has transitioned her skills into the realm of automation and customer relationship management through HubSpot. She loves the challenge of streamlining processes and using technology to find more efficient ways of solving problems. An avid traveller, Briar has recently returned from a 1 year stint traveling the globe and is now based in Wellington.
